Bank of England holds interest rate at 5.25%

Today the 6th March the Bank of England's Monetory Policy Committee met to discuss interest rates. They voted to keep the Bank of England Base Rate at 5.25%. The last reduction in rates was announced on 7th February when the rate was reduced by 0.25% from 5.5%.
